Q4: Can the gateway store data locally during network outages and resume transmission when connectivity is restored? Does the device have an RTC?
A4: Yes. Our industrial IoT gateways feature a Local DB that caches data locally during network interruptions. Once connectivity is restored, data is automatically backfilled to the cloud, ensuring data integrity with no gaps. The device also includes an onboard RTC (Real-Time Clock) to maintain accurate timestamps on all collected data.
Q5: Can I write my own device logic? Can I use Node-RED for this?
A5: Yes. Our core products fully support Node-RED as a logic orchestration engine. No low-level coding required — you can implement edge-side logic control and data processing quickly through a drag-and-drop flow editor.
