The EP100 series is an industrial-grade, multi-protocol programmable DTU/RTU device launched by IoTRouter.

1. Flexible Secondary Development

Based on the Quectel SDK, supports MicroPython / SDK / API documentation (supports Python development).

2. Protocol Support

Built-in industrial protocols including Modbus RTU/TCP and DLT645. Supports local parsing and conversion to standardized JSON format. Compatible with network protocols like MQTT and TCP/IP for efficient bidirectional communication between devices and the cloud.

3. Network & Data Transmission

Supports bidirectional transparent transmission via 4G networks and serial ports, enabling flexible configuration of one-to-one or many-to-one networks.

4. Edge Computing Capabilities

Equipped with edge computing capabilities, supporting local data logic processing, filtering, and proactive reporting.

5. Industrial-Grade Design

Features industrial-grade hardware design, supporting wide-temperature operation from -40°C to 85°C and wide-voltage power supply from 9V to 36V. Includes multiple protections such as ESD protection, surge protection, and dual hardware/software watchdogs.

6. Three Models Available

EP100: RS485 × 1, for basic industrial equipment data transmission.

EP101: RS485 × 1 + DI × 4 + DO × 4, for scenarios requiring switch control.

EP102: RS485 × 1 + AI × 4 + AO × 4, for analog monitoring and control scenarios.

1. Template/Active Polling/Hybrid Reporting Modes (flexibly adapts to device message formats).

2. 4 Socket Channels with Customizable Heartbeat/Registration Packets (supports custom heartbeat and registration packets).
