The system uses LoRa nodes ET2110 and ET1010 based on customized pulse detection.
ET2110 supports 1*RS485, 4*DI, and 4*DO interfaces, and supports transparent transmission/relay.
ET2110 adopts the latest LoRa spread spectrum technology, supporting longer, faster, and more secure data transmission. It features the following characteristics:

1. Supports RSSI signal strength indication, enabling signal quality assessment and communication network improvement.
2. Can be used for efficient data acquisition, secure data transmission, relay networking, point-to-point transmission, and point-to-multipoint transmission.
3. Supports setting 8 logic pins, enabling DO remote follow DI, AO remote follow AI, and other IO follow functions.
4. Head-to-tail cascading design allows for easy expansion of IO interfaces.
5. Industrial-grade quality, anti-static, surge-proof, wide voltage range, and supports stable operation from -40℃ to 80℃.

1. Data Acquisition

The ET1010 LoRa node acquires data from the textile machine's speed pulse sensor via serial port and transmits the data to the ET2110 via LoRa wireless communication.

2. Data Dashboard

Real-time display of all textile machine online status, pulse count, signal strength, speed, temperature, voltage, and other data, as well as the device status of all ET2110 and ET1010 LoRa nodes, facilitating unified monitoring.

3. Operations & Maintenance Management

The concentrator transmits data to the cloud platform via a 4G network using the MQTT protocol. O&M personnel can promptly take necessary actions based on the real-time machine status displayed on the platform.

4. Alarm Mechanism

Supports offline alarms and threshold-based alarms to prevent unexpected equipment failures and downtime.
