On March 2, IOTRouter (Chengdu Zongheng Intelligent Control Technology Co., Ltd.) signed a school–enterprise cooperation agreement mit Yitong College of Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications at the Administration Building of the university. The signing ceremony marked a new step in strengthening industry–education integration and talent cultivation.
The ceremony was attended by Professor Zhang Demin, Dean of Yitong College; Dr. Yin Bangman, Vice Dean; Hu Tao, General Manager of IOTRouter; Mao Qijian, Director of the Department of Communications and Information Engineering; Li Wenjuan, Assistant Director; and several key faculty members. The event was hosted by Director Mao Qijian.
During the ceremony, Hu Tao introduced the development background, team structure, and R&D direction of IOTRouter, stating that the company will actively align its technological innovation and industrial needs with academic education. Through this cooperation, IOTRouter aims to provide practical support for teaching, internships, and talent development, achieving mutual benefit and long-term collaboration.
Professor Zhang Demin welcomed the IOTRouter delegation and congratulated both parties on the successful signing of the agreement. He expressed his hope that the cooperation would be carried out in depth, based on the principles of resource sharing, complementary advantages, and sustainable development. Dr. Yin Bangman emphasized that school–enterprise cooperation should be implemented through concrete actions and continuously optimized through close communication to truly serve talent training.
The Department of Communications and Information Engineering of Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications currently offers six undergraduate programs, including Communication Engineering and Electronic Information Engineering. In recent years, the department has actively promoted practical education by establishing multiple school–enterprise cooperation units and internship bases, maintaining a graduate employment rate of over 95%.
This cooperation with IOTRouter further reflects the department’s continuous exploration in talent cultivation, teaching reform, and application-oriented education. At the same time, it provides a new platform for integrating industrial experience with academic training, creating opportunities for students to gain hands-on engineering and industry exposure.
Through this partnership, IOTRouter will continue to support industry–education integration by participating in curriculum development, internship programs, and practical training, contributing to the cultivation of high-quality engineering and technology professionals.
