ToggleUnlike traditional solutions, signal transmission via the network no longer requires PLC or PC control. The hardware of the network controller IO controller can automatically map all physical switch signals without the need for ladder diagram or C language programming. With a network IO controller, input signals can be easily transmitted to the other end of the network via Ethernet, eliminating the need for programming or a separate controller for control.
Zongheng Intelligent Control 4IO network controller can transmit switching signals through the IP network, which can completely replace the existing cable-based signal transmission solutions. This product has 4DI, 4DO and 4AI and an Ethernet port. Using 4IO network controllers in pairs can transmit 4 sets of input and output signals to a PLC or DCS control system through the network.
