Each company’s 4G DTU configuration software on the market is different. This article takes the 4G DTU of Zongheng Intelligent Control(IOTRouter) as an example to achieve simple, transparent transmission settings through the Essence Transparent Transmission Cloud. Let’s start explaining.
1. Необходимые подготовительные материалы
1. IOTRouter 4G DTU (ZHC4012), power cord, 4G card, USB to 485 cable;
2. One computer, laptop, or desktop is acceptable (requires Internet access);
3. IOTRouter DTU configuration software. Download address: (Please download the latest compatible version from the official IOTRouter website download center)
4. Anxin Transparent Transmission Cloud (no need to download online). URL: http://tt.ai-thinker.com:8000/ttcloud
2. Connect to the computer
1. Вставьте SIM-карту в устройство 4G DTU
2. Подключите кабель USB - 485 к компьютеру и 4G DTU и включите питание.
3. Параметры конфигурации
1. Откройте программу конфигурирования IOTRouter_V2.7.2.exe и выберите модель ZHC4012
2. Введите IP-адрес и порт сервера, предоставленные Anxin Transparent Cloud, и нажмите Сохранить
3. Заполните любой тип регистрационного пакета, кроме облачной пересылки.
4. Выберите параметры отладки в программе конфигурации и нажмите Restart.
5. В программе конфигурации введите 1 и нажмите Send, чтобы загрузить данные на сервер. В Anxin Transparent Cloud нажмите Send 111, чтобы отправить команду на DTU; тест завершен, как показано ниже:
4. Часто задаваемые вопросы
Проблема: при нажатии кнопки Сохранить отображаются неверные параметры.
Причина: Локальный компьютер и DTU не подключены, а виртуальный последовательный порт недействителен. Просто скачайте драйвер в Интернете!
